REPLACEMENT FOR THE TREXONIC 3-SPEED TURNTABLE HOME STEREO SYSTEM (MODEL #: TRX-811BS).
I wanted to do this review about my Trexonic 3-Speed Turntable Home Stereo System because I had to order a replacement simply because for two reasons: 1). One of the wired shelf speakers was working, but the other one was not (even though BOTH of the speakers were connected to the back of the stereo system, but still, one of them worked, while the other one didn't--that has been going on for the past few months now...for this year). And 2). For the Dual Cassette Player, I was working on recording an audio cassette tape for a Christmas compilation project that I wanted work on. But when I played back the tape that I was recording, it played back with NO SOUND. I was really upset about that because let's just say that it was kind of a "passion project" that I wanted to do for the Christmas holiday season (and besides, that has never happened before in just over a year now that I've had that Trexonic Turntable Stereo System since I've first brought it from www.kohls.com back in September of 2024). So back on November 26, 2025 (the day before Thanksgiving), I contacted Trexonic's Warranty Department, and told the person who was answering my phone call that day what was going on with my stereo system having these "problems." So, I needed a new replacement. The person who answered my phone call was so nice and friendly to me, and understood what I was talking about. I told her the information about my stereo system (because I that model so much, and I wanted a stereo system that can LAST FOR MANY YEARS TO COME), that she was nice enough to to order me a new replacement right on the spot. I was so happy that she did that. That just made my day right there. I will always be grateful for what she did for me. I forgot what her name was, but I just wanted to tell her, THANK YOU. And that's why I wanted to submit this review to you so that I can register for a NEW WARRANTY on my Trexonic 3-Speed Turntable Home Stereo System (Model #: TRX-811BS) because my replacement has arrived to my house earlier today/tonight (Friday, December 5, 2025).
